Download OpenServer
Set all settings to default.
In the folder where you installed OpenServer, create a directory (domain) for example admin.local – the FBcombo panel will be located there.
Launch OpenServer.
Go to OpenServer settings
Settings – Domains – Autosearch for domains
Modules – Apache PHP 7.2-7.4
PHP 7.4
MariaDB 10.8 Win
Launch in browser: http://127.0.0.1/openserver/phpmyadmin/index.php
Login root
Pass (empty)
Create User (User Accounts)
Give it all privileges
Create a database
Remember the username, password, database name.
This completes the server setup.
